 The Metropolitan Black Bar Association is hosting its inaugural “Hon. Theodore T. Jones, Jr. Trial Workshop.” This workshop is being organized in memory of the late Theodore T. Jones, who passed away on November 5, 2012. Judge Jones was an Associate Justice for the New York State Court of Appeals and a board of director for the Association. In celebration of Judge Jones' life and commitment to public service, the MBBA has organized a trial advocacy program in his honor. It will include panel discussions on topics such as opening statements, direct examinations, cross examinations and summations. There will also be a keynote address by renowned litigator Theodore V. Wells and a special tribute to the surviving Jones family.

 The cost of the program is FREE. However, we invite you to make a donation to the MBBA. A portion of the donations will be in turn donated to Friends of the MBBA, Inc, a 501(c)(3) organization (application in progress).
